With significant regeneration plans in the pipeline, how can we encourage and secure the right kind of sustainable development? What policy and mechanisms are required to build the business case for investment that unlocks wider social value across the city, supporting a just transition to a green economy where the co-benefits of climate action are felt by everyone in the city?
